Please note that this Application requires several documents to be uploaded with the Application. We suggest you have these ready BEFORE starting the Application.

1. Proof of Payment of Annual Membership Fee
2. Signed Copy of the OSCASA Constitution, T&Cs and Code of Conduct
3. Copy of ID/ IDs of all owners
4. Company Tax Clearance, if a Sole Proprietor then Personal Tax Clearance
5. Proof of Address
6. Confirmation of Bank Details (no older than 3 months)

Thank you for applying to OSCASA.  Your application will be sent to our EXCO for approval within 14 days.  If your membership is approved you will be issued all the relevant OSCASA guidelines and documentation via a Dropbox link. If your membership is not approved your annual membership fee will be returned to you.
